High ping and lag in Head-to-Head & VS Attack (FC25 & FC26)

Hi EA FC Team,

I’ve been facing continuous connection and gameplay issues in both Head-to-Head and VS Attack modes. Even though my internet connection is very fast and stable, with low local ping, the in-game ping is always high and gameplay performance is very poor.

Here are the details:

1. My local internet shows very low ping (for example, 10–20 ms to Google, stable 50+ Mbps speed).
2. However, inside the game, the in-game ping suddenly goes very high (sometimes 200–400+ ms).
3. During matches, there is severe lag, input delay, rubber-banding, and gameplay freezing for 1–5 seconds.
4. Sometimes, players teleport or move unrealistically — looks like possible exploit or sync issue.
5. This problem happens on both FC25 and FC26 versions.
6. It affects both Head-to-Head and VS Attack matches.
7. I tried all possible fixes:
• Reinstalled the app
• Changed from Wi-Fi to mobile data
• Restarted router and phone
• Closed background apps
  But the issue still persists.

9. It seems like a server-side problem or due to cheaters using connection exploits.

Please investigate this issue by checking the match logs and server data for possible irregularities
