high ping, but the internet connection is stable
Hello EA FC Team,
- Stable Ping in Menus:
While in the menu/lobby, ping remains 40–60ms. - Severe Ping Spikes During Matches:
During gameplay, ping suddenly jumps to 150ms, 1000ms, or even 2000ms.
This causes lag, stuttering, and makes the game unplayable.
The issue occurs in every match, regardless of opponent, mode, or device. - Connection Drops:
Occasionally, I get a “Connection Lost” message, and the game freezes for a few seconds before resuming or closing. - Impact on Gameplay:
Because of these issues, I cannot play smoothly or competitively, even though my network is stable.
Troubleshooting Already Tried:
- Restarted the app
- Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Note:
- Iam playing on pc and bought the game from the EA App
Request:
- Please investigate this problem and provide a fix/update.
- The high ping, connection drops, and visual glitches severely affect the gaming experience.
