high ping on middle east servers

I’m experiencing a connection issue. I usually play with a stable ping of around 10–20 ms, but today I’m suddenly getting very high ping (120–180 ms) along with noticeable lag and input delay in matches.

My internet connection is stable and works fine in other games, so this seems to be specific to EA FC 26.
