how could I play rush to complete objectives？

Get into a game of rush all depends on luck.    80% of time cannot find teamates, if you are lucky did find teamates, then another 90% chance cannot find opponent.  when this problem can be solved？ also those fake players not making it better, not getting any points or if is opponent no fun to play with just some standby with no reaction.  maybe just remove rush from any objectives until it is fixed？
