Huge optimization issue on pc

Well the new update 1.5.6 just ruined the game very high cpu and gpu usage even in low graphics in 1080p resolution. Game stutter constantly during rivals. They fixed the issue in previous updates and now it's broken again. It's like we are playing beta version of game. What a **bleep** game and honestly I'm not expecting anything.
