I am experiencing an issue with FC Champions.

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue with FC Champions. I have completed all the qualification requirements and the game shows that I am qualified. However, when I try to enter FC Champions, it says that I am not qualified.

I still have time remaining to play Champions, but I am unable to access or start any matches.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me regain access to FC Champions?
