I am having a packet loss problem in just EA games in my ps5

I am having a packet loss around 8% and it is too much. I can not even open menus and it is getting stucked in some menus. And sometimes the ultimate team just can't get opened and somestimes it is becoming impossible to do anything in ultimate team. I have a good internet connection but ea servers are terrible at this moment(location turkey).
