I bought a game key and now it says my access is deleted

So I bought a game key to play FC26. I have been playing it for the last few weeks. Tried to load it up today and it says that access is disabled/deleted. I followed online tips such as clearing my cache and uninstalling the game and the app. Now the game won't show up in my EA app and when I try and redeem the code again it says that it has already been redeemed.

Anyone able to suggest anything to fix this as I am now about £55 down.
