I can’t login UT since this afternoon, in Hong Kong

I have restarted my home router/WiFi(HKT), tried to use my cellphone hotspot(China Mobile HK), I am very sure this issue is not related to network. I also deleted the game and saved file then reinstalled, but still can’t login UT.
