Unable to load into the game while online

If you get a connection error when you try to access all online modes, the connection might be the issue, even though other online services don't seem affected. 

For good measure, please try deleting the corrupt files following this guide, specifically the online squad updates and the personal settings 1; sometimes these need to be refreshed to allow an online connection to go through.

If that doesn't work, please check this guide for suggestions like changing the DNS to Google's, changing the Wi-Fi channel or using an Ethernet cable, disabling any VPN services, unplugging any USB devices from your platform that you're not using to play the game, and trying a different connection temporarily to isolate the problem. 

Hi! I'm having trouble connecting to the EA servers when I go into "clubs" in FC 2026. I've used chatgpt to try different things to try to solve it, but nothing works. There are no problems with the rest of FC 26, I can play ultimate team without a problem for example. So it's just in "clubs". It's been like this for about 2 weeks now as far as I know. I have 2 friends who don't have any problems but another friend who has the same problem as me. I hope you understand the problem but I'm attaching a picture of the problem.

However the issue is as I told you once I opened the game I can't even get into the menu nth I can do I can only stare at the dark green loading screen after it loaded my account to the EA server lol is there further things I can do? lol 

What you're describing is not the same issue that was being discussed in the thread where you posted, so I moved your report to continue helping you. 

Do you get to the screen to load up your personal settings file after you launch the game? If you do, try deleting them instead of loading them up. 

Also, have you tried a different connection to try to isolate the problem?
