I can’t get into ultime team.

So I spent $100 for the ultime version for the early access and I can’t get in. Stuck at the loading screen, and even if SOMETIMES I’m able to get in, I get kicked after few minutes. I’m only able to play the regular online tournament with regular teams. So not, is not my internet. I’m located in Arizona Phoenix rn, any other Arizona ppl still having this issue?!
