I cannot access my ultimate team

Eu entrei no ps5 com minha conta principal e

liguei um segundo controle na minha conta

secundaria.Com a conta secundaria eu criei um

time no UT. Logo após isso coloquei uma partida

de rivals e cliquei triangulo para adicionar minha

conta principal, após isso quitei da partida. E

voltei ao menu principal. Cliquei para entrar no

UT com minha conta principal e pediu para

trocar de perfil, após aceitar isso no web app eu

removi todos meus elencos e deixei um elenco

sem nenhum jogador como o elenco principal.

Delete todos suas taticas e elencos crie uma

outra sem nenhum jogador e deixe como ativo

Logo após isso confirmei a segunda mensagem

que apareceu após a mensagem de trocar de

perfil, dessa forma entrou no UT sem problemas.

Eu ainda não acredito que deu certo. Espero

muito que ajude você. Apenas espero que não

de mais problemas

This has been an issue since the game released for a large majority including myself. They said they would fix it but now they are silent and are telling us it’s our internet when it isn’t. Low chance they fix it

Are they ignoring all of our reports!!!!!?
