I CANT ENTER ULTIMATE TEAM

haven't been able to log in to FUT for the past two days. The message I keep getting when I try to log in is "Connecting to UT is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu."

This has never happened to me before - please let me know if I will get compensated for this, as I've tried asking EA Chat agents for help and they have not been able to assist me either. I haven’t been able to play ultimate team for a week now!
