I spent an entire day writing and calling several of your employees, and I have never experienced such poor service. You only send links that I can find myself on the website, and you are incompetent. You can't even get your own game to work. I can't even access the game, which according to your guidelines means that the product is not in accordance with the contract. Therefore, I will exercise my right to a refund. Your employees can't even manage the refund, so I am forced to involve my lawyers, which I have no problem with because I am insured. The main thing is to make money, but you can't get anything done.
