I can't login into the FC 26 web app and the companion app

I can't login into the web app or the companion app it's says EA account server unavailable also I have attached the screenshot below of what it says

    This is likely because you haven't played FC 25 on that account to unlock early Web and Companion AppsYou will need to play FC 26 in order to unlock it.

Whatever im tryna do on web app or companion after launching the game on xbox it says i app that that function is currently unavailable, before opening game everything had been working fine. Please help do anyone have that kind of problem too?
