EA SPORTS FC 26 – Access Removed After Code Redemption (PC, EA App)
Hi,
I’m having an issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC via the EA App, and I’m hoping this can be escalated to an EA advisor.
I redeemed a retail code for the game on 21 October 2025, and it activated successfully — the game appeared in my library, installed, and played normally for two days.
On 23 October, when launching the game, I suddenly received this message:
“Game ownership has been disabled or deleted.”
The game has now disappeared completely from my library, and I can no longer play. My EA Play Pro subscription expired two days earlier (on 19 October), so I’m confident this is an entitlement conflict or revoked license issue.
I’ve already raised a support ticket (Reference: 226473237) and followed all troubleshooting steps, including clearing cache, reinstalling, and verifying account login. EA Support has acknowledged my message, but I’m concerned about missing time-limited Ultimate Team content while waiting for escalation.
Could an EA community manager or advisor please help escalate this to the Entitlement or Account team to review my case?
