Facing input lag

I have an average computer, an Intel Core I7 7700 and AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT but I CANT PLAY THE GAME

Insane inpute delay, even thoug I monitor my PC perfomance on the task manager and the FPS dont even flinch, it doesnt drop from 90 or 60.

What can be done? Someone help me please.
