I cant play division rivals at all

other game modes like rush and swuad battles have no lag and are perfectly working but i cant play div rivals at all without the game freezing up and disconecting me back to the UT lobby. this happens every time i try and has been like it for weeks. Other games work fine and dont disconeect such as cod but only ea fc has this issue woth every single div rivals game
