Hello. After entering the EA connection, the game will wait for 1-2 seconds and then crash without any error prompts. There are no pop-ups or error messages, and it simply returns to the EA app interface. I suspect there is a network issue, but switching to a different broadband provider or using a mobile hotspot did not resolve the problem. Clearing the computer cache and EA app cache also had no effect. Then, I tried to play FC25 online, but I couldn't even get to the login screen.
