I can't play in seasons. Unbelievable delay

I bought the game to play only online in seasons mode. Unfortunately, after so long, the problem with the lag has not been fixed. And the game is expensive. My patience has run out and I will demand that the money I paid be returned to me. You are unacceptable. I can play online comfortably in fc 25 and not in fc 26. I live in Greece and I play from a computer. Offline has no problem. And of course I am not going to buy it again.
