I didn’t get Premium session pass

First ididn’t  get Premium session pass and i already buy the pre order version please solve it.

Secondly, I have completed all the tasks in foundation but i didn’t get the award  (Totw) because it showing not finish the diving in and i already finished please check and solve it.
