Constant Crashing mid-game

My game has been constantly crashing since the last patch/update. I can play about 2-3 games on the Ultimate Team game-mode when my game crashes to my desktop, no error message, nothing.

It always happens at the end of the game, at about 90th minute, or when the extra time has been added. It is starting to become incredibly frustrating, I've lost multiple games like this in a winning position.

Additionally, I've tried idling on the menus, no crash, the game can run for hours without issues.

I managed to come by this error message from the Event Viewer:

The description for Event ID 1 from source Application cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

EAAntiCheatService
The game fc26.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

Since this seems to be an anti-cheat related problem, I've tried reinstalling and repairing the anti-cheat, unfortunately, with no success. 

Does anyone have an idea why this happens, or how could I fix it?
