I didn’t receive some of my FC season premium pass rewards

In the FC season premium pass, in the tiers 27, 29 and 30, I didn’t get the premium awards, it’s not in my ultimate team or anywhere else, I have checked multiple times. I’m supposed to have received...

If it's a visual bug, how come I don't have Petit in my club? I'm still missing about 3 or 4 premium rewards a week after I finished the pass.
