2 days agoHey there. This could just be a visual glitch. Please try fully closing and restarting the game, then exit and re-enter Ultimate Team to trigger a data sync. If you can, play a couple of online matches to complete the next stage and check again. It’s also worth checking via the Web App or Companion App.

I did literally everything you can think of , and my premium pack is still unclaimed won’t let me claim it, I had this glitch before but it always worked back to normal whenever I would restart my ps5 or close the app and open fc again but not thus time and it’s been a day
