I didnt receive my Rivals Rewards

On 23rd October 2025 , I didnt receive my Division Rivals rewards and There is no option to claim it , it states that the rewards are to be claimed in 6 days 23 hours although I didnt claim my reward...

I didnt receive anything either. And I have no clue how to check last week's DR result.
