I got 2 disconnects in the silver cup

Dear EA, 

IM having a mental breakdown. I went 19 wins, 16 losses in the silver superstar cup. I needed 1 more win. Throughout the tournament i got 2 disconnects. I had crossplay on and was likely matching hackers. I literlly need 1 more win to complete it but i dont have any attempts left. This is heartbreaking cause I played 35 matches just to miss out on 1 WIN, 1 win that i couldve gotten in the 2 disconnects. Please fix this
