I have a 10 hour game trial with ea play subscription

Hi ea fc or ea play I should say I was only playing one match of fc26 with using ea play trial now it doesn’t say that on the Home Screen of ea fc26 where the game modes is I didn’t get to use my whole 10 hour playtime trial fully yet. So can you guys fix that issue. And it said you do not have access to play ea fc26. And now it just took me to the showcase fc26. And on the PlayStation store when I press game trial on both ultimate team on original it says something went wrong
