I have problem to connect with ultimate team

I tried everything to connect with ea server but  the problem still didn't solve until now this problem happened from 5 days ago as below photo please ea help me and thanks for your efforts

it works fine for me now after i deleted all formation  and thank you i appreciate your efforts
