I lost Bernardo Silva due SBC by mistake and can't get him back
I lost Bernardo Silva EOAE 93 card, due some mistake with SBC and can't get him back. I only managed to play few games with this card. I don't know how it happened that I lost this card. I didn't wanted to use this card in any SBC.
I contacted helpdesk but no one can't help. I have other 93 cards or higher to use for this SBC. It should not be like this, it's a shame because I lost important card for me.
If someone from EA can help me I'll be so grateful. I can exchange other card for this Bernardo.

Hello there. I know this is very frustrating. I'm very sorry to say, we're not able to help with items accidentally submitted into SBCs. The best advice I can give is to be very careful in the future and make sure you thoroughly check the items in the SBC before submitting it.
