I Need Help Connecting

Long story short, I left a Rush game in the pre-game lobby for the first time ever (by clicking Xbox button, closed app), I was on a time crunch and me not knowing the repercussions I didn’t realize there was a potential matchmaking ban for a short amount of time, which is fine I’ll deal with it. 

Unfortunately for me I did genuinely disconnect from a Rivals game a few hours earlier and I’m curious if my account has been flagged now. I rarely leave games by rage quitting, if ever, so I understand that may look unusual. 

But I have tried everything under the sun to reconnect to the EA servers, it’s been 8 or so hours now. I have hard reset my Xbox, cleared the cache, unplugged my xbox, unplugged my router, turned Eco mode on my xbox, even completely deleted EAFC off my xbox and redownloaded, I have no penalty history on my EA account and never have. I can connect online to other games (even other EA games) so it’s not a Wifi issue. 

What could potentially be the problem? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance! I regret leaving a Rush game lol
