I need need this fix ASAP

I had error codes pop up for playstation and I did the steps to fix it and I did not get my progress back from 3 of my games from squad battle's one of the games got interrupted yesterday and two happened today and i already talked to ea support ain't got no help from them i'm hoping this reaches to any supervisor because I really need this fixed
