I paid 70 Euros for this game, and the situation

Hi, I paid 70 Euros for this game, and the situation I’m experiencing clearly shows how inadequate the service is for the price. For the past 3 days, I’ve been trying to play Rivals, but every match kicks me out after a few seconds due to a lost connection. I’ve reset my PC, checked my internet settings, nothing has changed. There’s no problem in Rush or other modes, only in Rivals. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, not being able to play the game for this long is a serious issue, and I expect it to be resolved immediately. I demand that you take this matter seriously and fix the problem. Thanks.
