I want mbappe please

When I enter a match, I get kicked out immediately, even before the match is over. I might win, but I still get kicked out. I lost a match in the Ultimate Challenge 4 event. I loved the game at first, but after the new updates, I'm getting fed up with it. I hope EA SPORTS will fix this problem for me as soon as possible. Please, because I want the packs and I want Mbappe. There's another problem too: sometimes some players appear and then disappear after a while. I don't know why. I'm saying it again, please, EA SPORTS, fix my problem. Thank you.

Hey there. It sounds like might have an issue with your connection. We should go through some troubleshooting. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Thanks!
