Just format your pc and install latest windows 11 version, that fixed it for me after try everything
ripbarlos yeah I was in 25h2 old version and now I format to 25h22 26200.8037 (latest version) and the game finally works
tbh I get it it's so bad that the game don't even work how it has to but well is the only solution I found :/

i was about to install windows 11 but i tried for last time on 10 switching the usb port for cable and i wasnt getting the error anymore dont reinstall the windows try switching ports first
Search how to install windows 11 from a USB its pretty easy, just make sure to download the offical Windows from Microsoft website (its free)
