I'm not receiving invites from my friend (PS5 and PC).

I'm playing on PC (using a ROG Ally) and when my friend on PS5 tries to invite me, I don't receive anything.  

On the other hand, if I send the invite, everything works fine.  

I've followed all the guides, checking that all cross-play and notification settings are enabled and correctly configured.  

Even when both the game and the EA app windows are open, I still don’t receive the invite — so it seems like the issue is deeper.  

I've also tried with different network connections, but nothing changes.  

I want to play with his Ultimate Team, so I need him to be the one to invite me.

Does anyone know what else I could try to fix this?  

Both versions of FIFA are up to date.
