I'm having the exact same problem on my PS5 with my sky internet. It's just horrendous like that little green FC sign just keeps spinning whenever. I'm trying to do anything on the menus and it will also kick like kick me out of games. All of a sudden like I was in gauntlet and I was on the final game. Literally just about to score to equalise at the end and literally disconnects me. It's done it about 10 times disconnecting me from matches even squad battle matches. It is infuriating. It's only been happening since I went over to the sky. I was with Eve a couple of years in January I went over to Sky and that's when it started. I'm leaving them now because I've looked into it and it's all to do with their smart servers. Apparently like they're always trying to find the best channel and because of that they might momentarily lose internet. Now when you're watching TV you wouldn't even notice it. But when you're playing a computer game when you need that stability, one little tiny switch on the channel could disconnect from a match. However, that doesn't really explain the the spinning of the fc-26 sign and stopping you from loading during the menus. Apparently according to research that I've done the reason why it keeps spin is because Sky wants to check every single file that's on your account to make sure it's okay which is why it takes so long and it takes so long there just times out and errors and you get to go back to the main menu.
