Impossible to play Clubs on XBX

Major lag when gaming to the point of unplayable.
Test network speed and statistics give upload speed and MTU unavailable.
Test multiplayer connection gives "Cant finish multiplayer tests" and error code 0x000000000000
Open NAT type, and every other network connection tests say my internet connection is great.
Went through the troubleshooting and service call with my ISP and configuring router settings, to no avail.
Hundreds on reddit forums with same issue, appears to be an xbox issue but EA should be aware and apply pressure.
