Incorrect Console Premium Season Rewards

Hi team,

While pressing the button to claim rewards, I found the game had stutted and claimed the lvl 40 pack option vs Fikayo Tomori.

I normally would not care; however, I paid for the premium pass in order to get that card. I do not want to open the pack and want to claim the correct reward; however, I've gotten no solution or help.

Given this was paid content and should've been a guarantee, I could really use some help & guidance in order to get the reward I was looking for, and the accidental reward removed from my account.

I've never had a need to write an issue in my many years of playing FIFA/EAFC. Anything you can do to help would truly mean the world to a fan of the game.
