Incorrect Rewards From Ultimate Gauntlet

I was playing the Ultimate Gauntlet mode and it incorrectly gave me the " Tripple Double" reward. This was a reward that I hadn't actually unlocked. This then affected my progress with the other objectives and now I cannot claim the remaining two 83x10 packs. I require some compensation and for the objectives to be accessible for me again.
