Incorrect/random ban

My account has been banned for over a month while showing I have no penalty history. Can someone help me understand why it says that?

    It's odd that your penalty history is empty if there's a ban on your account. Have you already raised a large number of disputes? There's a limit to how many time our terms of service team will be able to review those, so if you hit that limit that might explain the empty penalty history.

    If that's not the case, try reaching out via the webform in this article. Try reaching out as a guest (via an incognito window without logging in, for example) and it should pop up for you.

    I did hit the limit for appeals a few weeks back. Does that mean I am just forever banned and can never do anything about it? Does that mean it will just show nothing in my penalty history now?

    Ah, that's the problem then. If they've already looked into your case multiple times and each time come to the conclusion that the ban was justified, then I'm afraid that the ban is likely going to stay permanently.

    So I am never able to play this game again? This was a wrongful ban and I have gotten the same auto generated response from the system every time. I made a post about this 2 weeks ago (attached below), and in the comments there are multiple people making the same claims and siting posts of members of the community having the same issue. So because I appealed my maximum, it won’t even show a penalty history?

    Our terms of service team doesn't use an auto-generated response. They use a standardised template to ensure fairness between cases. But yes, it looks like the ban will likely be permanent.
