Increased Input Delay on PC since Last Update on 28/04

Ever since the release of the latest update on PC, I have been experiencing incredibly frustrating input delay in Pro Clubs throughout the entire game.

It seems to be at it's worst right after a goal has been scored and the player decides to go for an extensive celebration. After that, the experienced delay is easily in the 1-2s mark, while connection remains stable and on low ping (20ms max). Only thing that somewhat fixes it, is when the ball goes out again. 

Hopefully I am not the only one with this issue and it is already actively investigated by the developers.
