A few days ago, I posted here describing the worst delay and worst
gameplay experience I’ve ever had in a FIFA/FC title (and I’ve been
playing since FIFA 2000). Surprisingly, after that post, the game worked
normally for about five days, with stable gameplay and no extreme input
delay.
However, the problem has now returned, and the delay is just as bad as
before,if not worse. Actions take far too long to register, player
switching becomes random, and the overall gameplay feels heavy,
sluggish, and simply unplayable.
I want to add something important: Recently, I played the game on a
friend’s PlayStation, and the difference was huge. The game felt smooth,
responsive, and consistent — exactly how it should feel. This makes my
experience on PC even more frustrating. From my point of view, this is
extremely unfair toward PC players. The gameplay conditions are clearly
not the same, and that should never happen in a competitive game.
To clarify my situation again: - I haven’t changed any settings. - My PC
is not high-end, but it is more than capable of running the game
properly. - My connection is stable with 35-40 ms (Romania). - The gameplay
quality randomly switches from decent to completely unplayable. - On
console (PS), the game runs far better under the exact same network
conditions.
Right now, I actually have more free time and I wanted to play ,I was
motivated, and there are objectives I need to complete,but
unfortunately, the game is simply not playable in decent conditions. I
cannot schedule my free time based on when EA’s servers decide to work
properly.
This is extremely disappointing after so many years of supporting the
series. The difference between platforms and the inconsistency of the
gameplay feel like a lack of respect toward PC players.
Please investigate this issue seriously. Many of us on PC are
experiencing the same delay and inconsistent gameplay, and it’s making
the game impossible to enjoy.
