input delay after the latest update

Issue Summary:
I'm experiencing severe gameplay delays and slow-motion effects in all online modes of EA FC 26, especially in Division Rivals. The game feels completely unplayable online.
Offline modes (like Kick-Off) run perfectly smooth with stable frametimes, confirming that my hardware is not the problem. However, during online matches, there's a noticeable ~2-second input delay, and the gameplay feels sluggish and unresponsive.
Additional symptoms:
- I can sometimes hear menu navigation sounds playing in the background while in-game, even though no menu is visible.
- The issue temporarily disappears when I pause the game.
- It becomes significantly worse during set pieces (corners, free kicks, etc.).
My system performance remains stable during these issues: no FPS drops, consistent frametimes, and CPU usage stays between 88-96% with no spikes. Network-wise, my ping is 38-42 ms with low jitter, and bufferbloat tests show an A rating, though there are occasional latency spikes.
This strongly suggests a server synchronization or real-time simulation problem rather than a local hardware or rendering issue. The problem only occurs in online modes.
I have already tried:
- Using a wired Ethernet connection
- Optimizing system performance and game settings
- Verifying stable frametimes
Unfortunately, the issue persists. Videos and DxDiag report are attached.
Please help as soon as possible — I haven’t been able to play the game at all since purchasing it.
