Input delay and game lagging(after the first half) PC

Yeah, same for me too. This game has been broken from launch and at this rate FC27 is going to be an absolute disaster. I regret my purchase and that's saying much because I got a discount with the loyalty edition.

I solved delay problem before by making all graphic to low, turn off all the feature available when match starts, and make my FPS limit to 60 Hz and Vsync to 50%. I play Clubs league match almost every night with my friends with 30 FPS, but the game was still playable and smooth. Since this new update, I can't play with that same setting anymore. It's getting too laggy and delay for me I had to drop my Vsync to 33% and play with 20 FPS in game. But I am uncomfortable playing with 20 FPS.

I use a low end PC with RTX 1650 Ti and Intel Core I5 10th gen, higher then the minimum specs recommended in steam. Please fix or atleast address this issue for optimization for people with low end PC. I wish there was an option to remove spectators from the stadium to reduce graphic usage or other things that can make the gameplay more smooth for low end PC.

Side note: The problem I am getting a lot is synchronizing with my friends and enemy server game time. If my frame lags for a bit, the in game match timer will be different instantly. Lets say it show minute 41:22 in my PC, my friends are already at minute 43:37. Before the 7th April update, the game sometimes fasten itself to catch up or sync with my friend and enemy server in the middle of the match but now it doesn't do that anymore.

Only they can fix it. Nothing you can do but wait

Since the most recent update, I am experiencing massive input delay in EA Sports FC 26 on PC. The delay is consistently between 4 and 5 seconds, making Ultimate Team completely unplayable.

Platform: PC (EA App/Steam)

Game Modes affected: Rivals and Champions (Ultimate Team)

The game registers inputs (passing, shooting, switching players) several seconds after the button is pressed. This occurs even when the ping indicator shows a "stable" connection (e.g., 20-30ms). The menus are also sluggish, but the gameplay in online modes is where it is most severe.

You have to set the FRAME LIMIT TO 30. It's awful, but works.

I'm having the same problems. After so much research and trying different settings, I think I've practically completed a computer course. Nothing works: changing graphics settings, BIOS settings, Windows settings, or internet settings – nothing works. One person says "switching to borderless windowing improves it," another says "change V-Sync to 'no'," and nothing changes. I don't know if I can get a refund anymore. I bought it in November 2025, and until February I could play without problems (except for the hacks). // I wanted to add a side note: today in Ultimate Team, exactly what happened to me before (and still happens) in the 11v11 Clubs mode is happening – an inexplicable delay. // 11v11, which I never managed to play decently due to the absurd delay, something like 1-5 seconds. Today in Ultimate Team I can no longer play Rivals and Champions, it's literally impossible. It's as if the game keeps increasing the delay while the camera follows the pitch, and nothing I do fixes it. I need serious help! 

I can't play the game anymore because the game won't let me.
