Input delay in PC-steam

I don’t know if anyone of you have experienced this, but whenever I entered a match, my controller gives me a 5sec delay, making the match unplayable. The controller works just fine outside the match, even in the setting panel when I paused the game, it works perfectly fine. I cannot play a single match if this is not fixed. I am sure it is not because of the pin, as the game tells me I’m at 20~30ms.
