Input delay on PC

I've had input delay in online game modes sice the beginning of the game. Modes like Squad Battles and Rush don't have any delay, but as soon as I try to play online, the delay kicks in.

I've tried many things, such as lowering my FPS cap and graphics settings, and even HidHide doesn't seem to work anymore.

Does anyone have a solution?
