Input lag on pc

im 4-1 in champs and suddenly just have input lag out of nowhere and had to leave the next game putting me at 4-2, the worse is I have absolutely no control over it and cannot fix it whatsoever even tried putting my game on 60 hz 60 fps yet nothing, and also with the 5-10 fps bug, ea pls stop masturbating and fix pc
