so i have seen others with the same problem but those are older ones, but its the end of december and its still a problem, i cant get a hold of a live chat since i cant find an option like that, and the forms i have submited have gotten no response in 5 days so i officially give up, ofc i dont wanna play only against ai since that gets boring after 20 mins, and i cant play online rivals or anytjing because the input lag i experience after either 8 mins or from the start
Yeah I also facing these issue when enter ultimate team firstly，you can try play kick off mode for 2-3 times. You just enter the kick off mode and if still lagging straightly quit to main menu and try again. Then enter UT mode again.

When I enter Ultimate Team, the FPS drops from 120 to 15-20 and doesn't increase.
Same to me, I bought the game during Christmas Sales, after installation I launch the game the menu was just 2-7 fps show like a Powerpoint Slideshow, then I play for Kickoff Mode for 2-3 games it fix this lagging issue. After 2 days I start playing UT Rivals, the insane input lag was occur during gameplay. I drag my joystick to left to protect the ball, it takes 3-5 second to respond. What a gameplay! I checked my Ping only 16-26ms but the game is totally controlled by opponents and 0 gaming experience for me, this is so disappointed as a hot fan of EAFC.
I seek for solution in X(Twitter), Youtube, ChatGPT also nothing found and realised that not only me facing these issue! EA Please Fix this issue, the gameplay should be stable, fast responsive and balance to every player who spent money on you.
