Investigation Needed: FC26 Black Screen occurring only on specific accounts

I am writing this to report a persistent issue with FC26 that has prevented me from playing the game since January 11th.As FC26 is a live-service game, both players and developers
understand how crucial time is. However, despite the long duration of this issue, there has been no official announcement or clear guidance from EA.

The most concerning part is that this doesn't seem to be a hardware or local PC issue. Based on my extensive testing, this strongly suggests that the issue is linked to the account itself.


 Here is the evidence from my cross-testing:

1.Account Swap on Same PC: When I log in with my account on my PC, I get a black screen. However, when I log in with my friend's account on the same PC, the game runs perfectly.


2.PC Swap with My Account: I tried logging into my account on my friend's PC (which normally runs the game fine). The result was the same—a black screen occurred.

This suggests that no matter what hardware or software troubleshooting the user performs (and I have tried every solution on YouTube, Reddit, and EA forums), the problem will persist until EA fixes the account data itself.

I believe it is a matter of basic respect for the community to provide at least one official noticeregarding this issue and an update on the progress of a fix. Waiting indefinitely without any communication is incredibly frustrating.

Please, I urge the EA team to look into these account-specific launch failures and provide an official statement.
