Issue with Ultimate Team – Graphics Settings Reset and Severe Lag

Hello EA Support I am facing a serious issue when playing FIFA Ultimate Team. Whenever I start a match in any mode within Ultimate Team, as soon as the players enter the pitch, all my graphics settings automatically change. This causes severe lag and makes the gameplay unplayable.I have already checked my settings before starting the match, and everything looks fine, but once the game begins, the graphics reset and the problem happens again.Could you please help me fix this issue?
